and did see Thomas Hutchinson< no role > , and Jane his Wife, within named
sign seal and deliver the Instrument in writing within written
purporting to be a General Release from the said Thomas Hutchinson< no role >
and Jane his Wife to Thomas Bradley< no role > the Defendant in this Cause
bearing date the tenth day of January One thousand seven hundred
and fifty eight - which said Jane the Wife of the said Thomas
Hutchinson< no role > is the Prosecutrix in this Cause as this Depot.is informed
and verily believes And thisDepot. further saith that the name
Jno. Harrison set and subscribed to the within written General Release
as a Subscribing Witness thereto is of the proper hand writing of him
