Joseph Chapman< no role > of the Parish of Saint Ann in the
County of Middlesex Waterman maketh Oath & saith that Titus
Salter
< no role > the Defendant in the above Cause is Master or Comander
of the Ship Nathaniel which in or about the month of August last past
was taken into his Majesties Service as a Transport to carry
Forces abroad to America after which Service she was to [..]
Piscataway in New England And this Deponent further saith that
the said Defendant sailed in the said Ship from the Port of London
on the said intended Voyage in some short time after and that he is
not expected to return back to England before the month of October
next as he is informed and believes about which time as this
Deponent is also informed & verily beleives the said Titus Salter< no role >
will return and not before
