Thos. Booth< no role > the Deft in this Cause maketh Oath that
he this Dept. was Served with the notice of motion
here to Annex'd on or about the hour of Eight on [..]
Evening last concerning the Absence of the Prosecutrix
in this Cause and that this Dept. is Informed and which he verily
beleives to be true that the Prosecutrixses Attorney
has insinuated as if her Absence is by some [..] means
or Procuremt. of him this Dept. or some person
on his behalf to which this Dept. Saith such an
Insinuation is without the least foundation
whatever for that the Absence of the Prosecutrix is
quite unknown to him this Dept. and if Absent
is [..] in no wise Owing to any Act Matter thing
or Procuremt. done or Cause to be done by him this Dept. [..]
