Whereas at the General Quarter Sessions of the peace holden at Hicks's Hall in St
John's Street in and for the County of Middlesex by Adjournment in the month of
October last I put in a Plea of Misnomer to the Indictment by you preferred against
me by the name of Charles Rowdery< no role > (and another) for a Nusance and Misdemeanor
You are therefore to take Notice that unless you Reply to the said Plea the [..]
of Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held at Hicks's Hall in St John's Street
aforesd. in and for the sd. County on Saturday the fourteenth day of January
instant will be moved at Eleven of the clock in the forenoon of the same day
that the said plea may be allowed for want of a Replication there to and that the
said Indictment may be Quashed Dated this eleventh day of January 1758
