the twenty sixth day of May in the thirtieth Year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the

have exhibited their humble Petition and Appeal unto this Court

for the County of Middx
(one of the Quorum) bearing date the thirteenth day of May instant Eleanor Dunn< no role >
Widow
was
removed from the
Parish of St. Mary White Chappel
in the County of Middx
aforesaid to
the said Parish of St. Bridget otherwise Brides
as the Place of her last legal Settlement
whereby the Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved Whereupon at the request of the
Petitioners It is Ordered by this Court that the benefit of the said Appeal be saved unto them
And that the hearing and determining thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned untill the
next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for the said County of Middx And
that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Mary White
Chappel
(upon Notice of this Order) and all Persons concerned do attend the Court of the said
next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for the said County of Middx by
adjournment on Thursday the fourteenth day of July next at ten of the Clock in the
Forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination of the same Court touching
the said Appeal.
