Upon hearing of the Appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint George Hanover Square in the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middx
against an Order under the Hands & Seals of Charles Carkesse< no role > This name instance is in set 23762378. and Richard Ma [..]
Esqrs. two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the sixth Day of May [..]
whereby Thomas Coxill< no role > Mary< no role > his Wife and their three Children Vizt. Elizabeth< no role >
aged ten Years, Henry< no role > aged six Years and Ann< no role > aged fifteen Months were removed
from the Parish of Saint Margaret in the City of Westminster to the said Parish of
Saint George Hanover Square as the Place of their last legal Settlement And upon
hearing of what was alledged by Mr. Pheadris of Councel for the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Margaret and also by Mr. Serjeant
Hayward of Council for the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of St. George Hanover Square This Court Doth allow of the said Appeal and
doth vacate & discharge the aforesd. Order of the said two Justices of the Peace
And the same is hereby vacated & discharged accordingly And this Court doth Order
that the Church Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint George
Hanover Square Do forthwith convey & deliver the said Thomas Coxill< no role > Mary his
Wife and their said three Children Elizabeth Henry Ann to the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the sd. Parish of Saint Margaret or one of them with a Copy of
this Order who are hereby required to receive & provide for them according to Law
