At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for
the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid adjournment
on Thursday the twenty first day of April in the thirtieth Year of the reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the second King of Great Britain Etc before Thomas Lane< no role > George Errington< no role >
Bartholomew Hammond< no role > Francis Bedwell< no role > Esqrs . and others their Fellows Justices of our said
Lord the King assigned to keep the Peace in the County aforesaid and also to hear and determine
divers Felonies Trespasses and other Misdeeds committed in the same County.

Upon hearing of the Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Michael Woodstreet London against an Order under the hands and Seals of Thomas
Jervis
< no role > and George Garrett< no role > Esqrs . two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middx (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the seventh day of April
instant whereby Ann Saunderson< no role > aged about eight years Daughter of William
Saunderson
< no role > and his Wife who were both dead were removed from the Parish
of Christ Church in the said County of Middx unto the said Parish of St. Michael
Woodstreet London as the place of her last legal Settlement And upon hearing of
what was alledged by Mr. Lane of Council for the said Appellants This Court by consent
of Mr. Stow of Council for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
Christ Church doth allow of the said Appeal and doth vacate and discharge the
aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of the Peace and the same is hereby vacated
and discharged accordingly.
