the Parish of St Mary White Chapel in
the County of Middlesex and to the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Christ Church in the County of
Middlesex

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex aforesaid
(one whereof being of the Quorum) by the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of St Mary White Chapel That Susannah
Titcombe
< no role > (Wife of James Titcombe< no role > who is
in Parts beyond the Seas) and their two
Children (Vizt.) Susannah< no role > Aged about five
Years and an half and Mary< no role > Aged about
four Years lately intruded, and
came into the said parish of St Mary White Chapel
and are become chargeable to the same; We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the said James Titcombe< no role >
and Susannah his Wife and their said two
Children to be in the Parish of Christ
Church in the County of Middlesex aforesaid

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to
require you, on Sight hereof, to remove and
convey the said Susannah Titcombe< no role > and
the said two Children
from and out of your said Parish of St Mary White
Chapel to the said Parish of Christ
Church
and them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor, there, or to some, or one of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
them according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals this 16th Day of May 1755
