Middlesex Waterman maketh Oath that he did see the
within General Release executed in due form of Law and
that the name Richard Winifrith< no role > the releasor is of his own
proper hand writing and this Deponent did see the said
Richard Winifrith write his name to the within General
Release in the presence of this Deponent & the other
subscribing Witness and that the name Saml. Swasie< no role >
is of the proper hand writing of this Deponent.
