in the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in ye Cy. of Middx
and to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Allhallows London Wall
in the City of London

WHEREAS Complaint has been made by you the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the saidParish of Liberty
of Saffron Hill Hatton Garden Ely Rents unto us whose Hands
and Seals are hereunto set, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
(whereof one is of the Quorum) for the County aforesaid,
That Elizabeth< no role > the Wife of Henry Kimpton< no role > and
Elizabeth< no role > their Daughter aged three years
have
lately intruded themselves into yourParish of said Liberty
of Saffron hill Hatton Garden Ely Rents
there to inhabit asParishioner s contrary to the Laws relating to
the Settlement of the Poor, and are there like to become Charge-
able, if not timely prevented, And Whereas, upon due Examination
and Enquiry made into the Premises, Upon oath & other
Circumstances
it appears unto us, and we accordingly adjudge, That the said
Elizabeth Kimpton< no role > the Mother and Elizabeth
Kimpton
< no role > the daughter are
like to become Chargeable unto the saidParish of Liberty
and that the last legal Place
of Settlement of the said Elizabeth Kimpton< no role > [..]
& her said daughter is in the [..]
said Parish of allhallows London Wall

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to order and require you
the said Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of theParish of
Liberty aforesaid, that you
or some of you, do forthwith remove and convey the said Elizabeth
Kimpton
< no role > the Mother and Elizabeth Kimpton< no role >
the daughter from your said [..] Liberty
to the said Parish of allhallows
London Wall and them deliver
to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some or one
of them, together with this our Warrant or Order, or a true Copy thereof;
whereby they are likewise required in his Majesty's Name And by Virtue
of the Statutes in such Case made, forthwith to receive the said Elizabeth
Kimpton

the daughter
into their said [..] Care and provide for them
as their own Parishioner given under our Hands and Seals the
8th Day of May in the Year of
our Lord, One Thousand Seven Hundred and fifty five
