To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St: Anne within the Liberty of Westminster in
the County of Middlesex and to the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Dionis Backchurch in the City of London
and to Each and Every of them

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for theCounty of City and Liberty aforesaid
(one whereof being of the Quorum) by the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of St. Anne That Mary Pressley< no role >
Wife of William Pressley< no role > with her three Children
Namely William< no role > aged about Six Years, Francis< no role >
Four Years and Benjamin< no role > aged one Year and half
have lately intruded, and
came into the said Parish of St. Anne
and are become chargeable to the same; We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the said William Pressley< no role > and
his said Wife and Children to be in the Parish of
St: Dionis Back church in the City of London

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to
require you, on Sight hereof, to remove and
convey the said Mary Pressley< no role > and her said three
Children
from and out of your said Parish of St: Anne
to the said Parish of St: Dionis Back
Church
and them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor, there, or to some, or one of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
them according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals this 28th Day of April 1755
