aged about twelve Months were removed from the Parish of Chiswick
in the said County
of Middx to the said Parish of Saint Mary
as the last legal place of Settlement of the
said Ann and her three Children And upon hearing of what was alledged by Mr. Lawson
of Council for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Chiswick
and also by Mr. Stow of Council for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Saint Mary This Court doth allow of the said Appeal and doth vacate
and discharge the aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of the Peace and the same is
hereby vacated and discharged accordingly.
