At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the
County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid by adjournment on
Thursday the sixteenth day of January in the twenty eighth year of the reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the second King of Great Britain Etc before Thomas Lane< no role > George Errington< no role >
Charles Gould< no role > John Dekewer< no role > Esquires and others their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the
King assigned to keep the Peace in the County aforesaid and also to hear and determine
divers Felonies Trespasses and other Misdeeds committed in the same County.

Upon hearing of the Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Mary in the Town of Guldeford in the County of Surry against an Order under the
Hands and Seals of Samuel Bever< no role > and King Gould< no role > This name instance is in set 235. Esquires two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx dated the sixteenth day of December One
thousand seven hundred and fifty four whereby Ann Marshall< no role > and her three Children
vizt. John< no role > aged about seven years Josephina< no role > aged about two years and an half and Ann< no role >
aged about twelve Months were removed from the Parish of Chiswick in the said County
of Middx to the said Parish of Saint Mary as the last legal place of Settlement of the
said Ann and her three Children And upon hearing of what was alledged by Mr. Lawson
of Council for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Chiswick
and also by Mr. Stow of Council for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Saint Mary This Court doth allow of the said Appeal and doth vacate
and discharge the aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of the Peace and the same is
hereby vacated and discharged accordingly.
