The King against John Morris< no role > and
Margaret< no role > his Wife and others on the
prosecution of Panaysty Ballachey< no role > for a
Riott

Sarah Shippery< no role > of the parish of St. James Westminster
in the County of Middlesex Widow maketh Oath and Saith
That the This Deponent Did on the Ninth Day of this Instant
January Between the Hours of five and Six o' clock in the
Evening go to Mr. John Morris< no role > 's who keeps the Sign of the
Ship Alehouse in Carnaby Street and Called for a painy worth
of Beer and had it warrn'd And During her Stay There Mrs.
Morris Came there and found fault with the fire And
Scolded her Husband about it, And this Deponent further
Saith That she hath known the said Mr. John Morris< no role > and
Margaret his Wife near Two Years Last past by Living
in the Neighbourhood And frequenting the House, And
this Deponent further Saith That the said Mrs. Morris
then Appearedto be in Good Health and Acted in the
Capacity of a Land lady in the said House
