The free & Voluntary Information Examination and Confession

one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middx. this 27.Janry 1755 .

This Informant maketh Oath and saith that this
Afternoon to this Informant Philip Pawsel< no role > andAnthony
Andrew Tale< no role > did feloniously steal and take out
of the Ship the Betsey Thos. Casleton< no role > Commander lying of Ratclift Cress in the
River of Thames Three pieces of New Cloth
the property of John Hanbury< no role > & Co. Merchants. And
the said Informant also further saith That they did
all Mutually agree to sell the same and equally
share the same between themsame
