at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in & for the County of
Middlesex on Wednesday the 4th. day of December next
at ten of the Clock in the Forenoon & then & there try
my Traverse upon an Indictment Presened by you
Against me for an Assault upon you Dated the 20th.
day of November 1754 .
