To the Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex in their Quarter Sessions
assembled

The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mildred in
the Poultry London

Sheweth


That by a Warrant or Order dated the 15th: day of October
1754 under the hands and Seals of John Fielding< no role > Esquire and Philip
Dyot
< no role > Esquire two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex One whereof being of the Quorum Ann Dixon< no role > Wife of
Richard Dixon< no role > and Mary< no role > their Child were removed and Conveyed out
of the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields to the said Parish of Saint
Mildred in the Poultry

By which Warrant or Order Your Petitioners conceive
themselves Aggrieved and humbly Appeal to this Court
against the same Praying such Relief in the premisses as
to this Court shall seem meet

And your Petitioners as in Duty bound
will pray
