Whereby this Dept. was bound in the Sum of £40. Conditioned
for the appearance of this Dept. at the then next Sessions of the
peace to holden for the Landity aforsaid to prosecute the Law with
Effect and give Evidence upon a Bill of Indictment to be
exhibited by this Dept. to the Grand Jury against the said Geo:
Hillier or a Strong Suspicion of Robbing a man & woman
whose names were unknowne in a Chaise on Hounslow
Heath and in Case the Bill was found a true Bill to prosecute
the Law with Effect & give Evidence against the said George
Hillier
< no role > at the Old Bailey and this Dept. Positively Saith
that he did not at the time of the Apprehending or at the time
Examination of the said Geo: Hillier< no role > before the said Justice
to in the names or places of
Abode of the said Man & Woman mentioned in the said
Recognizance to have been Robbed or of either of them nor
could this Dept. give any Evidence against the said Geo:
Hillier Concerning any offence or Offences whatsoever
comitted by the said Geo: Hiller therefore this Dept:
could not Indict the said Geo: Hiller for the offence
mentioned in the said Recognizance
