Assault

John Morris< no role > of the Parish of Saint Mary Le Strand in the County
of Middlesex Yeoman One of the Defendants Bail in this Prosecution
Maketh Oath and Saith that he this Deponent has made all the
Inquiry he Possibly Could in Order to find out the Prosecutors Place of
Abode in Order to have Served them with Notice of Try all in this
Prosecution but (on have no Possitive Account of their or either of
their Places of Abode being Informed by the Neighbourhood that they
are gone from the Habitation the formerly lived in And this Dept.
further Saith that upon Such Inquiry the best Information he has
been able to get or receive is that the Prosecutor Richd: Snow< no role >
now hides and Secreets himself for Debt in or near the Virge
of the Court but that the Prosecutors Wife is gone from him and
this Deponent has had no Account or Information where She is
either to be heard of or met with which is the only reason of
the delay of Trying the Traverse of this Indictment
