To the Right Worshipful the Justices of the Peace at
the General quarter Sessions of the Peace now Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Bartholomew the Great London.

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant Under the hands
and Seals of Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex (One being of the Quorum) bearing date the
day of August last past Ann Stackhouse< no role > Spinster was Removed
from and out of the Parish of St. John of Wapping in the County of
Middlesex into Our said Parish of St. Bartholomew the Great
London as the Place of her last legal Settlement.

Your Petitrs. therefore humbly Conceive
themselves Aggrieved by the said Order
or Pass Warrant And humbly appeal against
the Same

And your Petrs. shall ever pray Etc
