At the General Sessions of the Peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County
of Middlesex At Hicks Hall in Saint John
Street in the County aforesaid on Monday the
Ninth Day of September in the Twenty Eighth
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the Second King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Margarets in the City of Westminster
in this County Have Notice of this Petition and Appeal And that
They and all other Parties Concerned Do Attend this Court on Thursday
next at Ten of the Clock in the forenoon of the Same Day to hear and
abide the Judgment and determination of this Court touching the
Said Appeal
