Received the pay and Wages, due to the said Fester
by Virtue of the said forged Letter of Attorney.
And this Depont. farther says, that he did Yester
-day see, the Original Will of one Judas Phillips< no role >
and that the same appears to have been proved, in
Novermr. 1750, and the same is dated in, Novr. 1744
as this Depont. best Remembers, and that one
James Benning< no role > is named as the Nephew , or sole
Executor therein, And this Depont. saith, that the
Imertions, in the Body of the said Will, in as this
Depont. verily beleives, all of his the said Oliver
Men Allisters own hand Writeing, and that the
Words (the Mark of Judas Phillips) set to the said
last mentioned Will, in also of his the said Oliver
MacAllisters
< no role > hand writing, this Depont. being
very well acquainted with his hand writeing.
haveing of ten seen him Unto, and verily beleives
that the said last mentioned Will, in forged intirely
by the said Oliver MacAllister< no role > .
