At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of Middx
at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the County aforesaid by adjournment on Thursday the sixth day of
September in the twenty seventh year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second King of Great
Britain Etc before Luke Robinson< no role > Thomas Lane< no role > , George Errington< no role > , William
Withers
< no role > Esqrs and other their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to keep the peace in the County aforesaid
and also to hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and other Misdeeds committed in the same
County.

Upon hearing of the Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Liberty of
Saffron Hill Hatton Garden and Ely Kents in the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in the County
of Middx against a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals of Sir Joseph
Ayloffe
< no role > Baronet and Richard Manley< no role > Esquire two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for [..]
the City and Liberty of Westminster in the said County bearing date the fourteenth day of July
last whereby George Hallam< no role > Ann < no role > his Wife and their Child George < no role > aged nine Weeks were
removed from the Parish of Saint Margaret within the said Liberty of Westminster in the
County aforesaid to the said Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton Garden and Ely Rents as the
place of their last legal Settlement (the hearing and determining of which Appeal being
exhibited at the last General Quarter Session of the Peace holden for the said County by
adjournment on Friday the twentieth day of July now last past was by an Order made by
the Court of the same Session of the Peace adjourned untill this present General Session of
the Peace holden for the said County and the said Appeal was appointed to be heard on this
present Thursday the sixth day of September instant) And upon hearing of what was
alledged by Councel for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
Saint Margaret and also by Councel for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton Garden and Ely Rents This Court doth dismiss the said
Appeal and doth ratify and confirm the aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of the peace
and the same is hereby ratified and confirmed accordingly
