At the GeneralSession of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of
Middx at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the County aforesaid by adjournment on Friday the seventh
day of September in the twenty seventh year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second
King of Great Britain Etc before Luke Robinson< no role > Thomas Lane< no role > George Errington< no role > William Withers< no role >
Esquires and other their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to keep the Peace in the
County aforesaid and also to hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and other Misdeeds committed
in the same County.

Upon heariing of the Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middx against a Pass
Warrant or Order of Removal under the Hands and Seals of Thomas Bleucave< no role > and George
Tash
< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middx (one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the twenty third day of August One thousand seven
hundred and fifty three whereby Charles Lucas< no role > and Mary < no role > his Wife (Certificate Persons as
mentioned in the said Order of Removal) were removed from the Parish of Ruislip in the
said County of Middx to the said Parish of Saint James as the Place of their last legal
Settlement And upon hearing of what was alledged by Councel for the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Ruislip and also by Councel for the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint James This Court doth dismiss the said
Appeal and the same is hereby dismissed accordingly.
