in the Parish of St. Andrews Holborn in the County of Middlesex
and to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint George Hanover quare
in the said County of Middlesex

WHEREAS Complaint has been made by you the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Said [..] Liberty of
Saffron Hill Hatton Garden &Ely Rents unto us whose Hands
and Seals are hereunto Set, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
(whereof one is of the Quorum) for the County aforesaid,
That Mary Hurst< no role > Single-woman hath

lately intruded herself into your [..] said Liberty

there to inhabit as a Parishioner contrary to the Laws relating to
the Settlement of the Poor, and is there like to become Charge-
able, if not timely prevented. And whereas, upon due Examination
and Enquiry made into the Premises, Upon Oath & other Circumstances

it appears unto, and we accordingly adjudge, That the Said
Mary Hurst< no role > is

like to become Chargeable unto the said [..] Liberty
and that the last leagal Place
of Settlement of the Said Mary Hurst< no role >
is in the Said Parish of
Saint George Hanover Square
THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to order and require you
the Said Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the [..]
Liberty aforesaid, that you
or Some of you, do forthwith remove and convey the Said Mary Hurst< no role >

from your said [..] Liberty
to the Said Parish of Saint George
Hanover Square and her deliver
to the Church- Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or Some or one
of them, together with this our Warrant or Order, or a true Copy thereof;
whereby they are likewise required in his Majesty's Name And by Virtue
of the Statutes in Such Cafe made, forthwith to receive the Said Mary
Hurst

into their Said Parish bore and provide for her
as their own Parishioner. Given under our Hands and Seals the
twelth Day of July in the Year of
our Lord, One Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty three
