Overseers of the Poor of the same Parish & Thomas Joel< no role > of London severally [..]
And first this Deponent Williams Watkins< no role > for himself saith that he this Deponent [..]
times and places since the last session of the peace held for this County [..]
inquiry after James Rose< no role > one of the paupers mentioned in the said Ap [..]
information or intelligence concerning him until very lately [..]
that he the said James Rose< no role > was at work at Rochester in Kent And this [..]
for himself saith that he this Deponent on Saturday the seventh day of this [..]
by the other Deponent William Watkins< no role > that the said James Rose< no role > was at Ro [..]
whereupon he this Deponent Henry Hutchins< no role > on the thursday next following [..]
aforesaid in search of the said James Rose< no role > & upon inquiry after him was
Mitchel a Collar maker there that he the sd. James Rose< no role > had lately bee [..]
Mitchelsbut had then lately left him& was gone from Rochester but where he was
hethe said Mitches apprentice boy [..] ald not tell as he informed this Deponent nor could this Depo [..]
he used his utmost endeavours for that purpose) find out or Discover the said James Rose< no role >
Deponent further saith that he this Deponent verily beleives from what he ha [..]
that he the said James Rose< no role > will speedily return to his wife & Family

And this Deponent Thomas Joel< no role > for himself saith that he this Deponent [..]
sixteenth day of this instant July personally serve Mr. Perry one of the [..]
of the said parish of St Giles in the fields with a true Copy of the notice of motio [..]
annexed.
