At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holden at Hicks [..] Hall-
in Saint John Street in and for the County of Middlesex on Monday the
Sixteenth day of July in the Twenty Seventh year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of
Great Britain.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields have-
Notice of the within Petition and Appeal And that they and all Parties
concerned do Attend this Court on Thursday next at Ten of the
Clock in the forenoon of the Same Day then and there to hear and abide
She Judgment and Determination of this Court touching the Matters-
contained in the said Appeal
