maketh Oath that he this Dept. did yesterday deliver
unto George Martin< no role > The prosecutor in this Cause a
notice in writing purporting that the Deft in this Causes
intended to move on this day at this present Sessions
of the peace held for the County of Middx at Hicks's
Hall , that his plea of Misnomer by him at the last
Session there pleaded in this Cause might be allowed
unless the prosecutor in this Cause in the mean
time Replyed to the said plea
