Take notice that of the Deft in this Cause intend to move
on Saturday next at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon

Sessions of the peace holden For the County of Middx , at
Hicks's Hall , that my plea of Misnomer by me at
the last Sessions there pleaded in this Cause, may be
Allowed, unless you in the mean time Reply to the
