on an Indictment for wilfull & corrupt perjury

Richd. Thomlinson< no role > the above Prosecutor maketh Oath That late on
Saturday might last he reced or Notice in this Cause That the above Defendr.
would appear as on the wednesday next & plead Not Guilty & take his tryal
upon the above Indictment And this Dept. Saith That he did Yesterday
make diligent Enquiry about Tower Hill & in wapping for one William Parry< no role >
who when on Shoar [..] used to Lodge & frequent places therebouts and this Dept
Saith that the only Intelligence this Dept coned get about him was that
he was on Duty on Board a Virginia Vessel a long way down the River
but this Dept could not learn the Name of the sd. Vessel nor find out the
sd. William Parry< no role > And this Dept Saith that he is advised & verily beleives
the sd. William Parry< no role > is a very materiall Evidence in this Cause and
without whose Testimony this Dept cannot safely proceed to the Tryal
of the sd. Deft. And this Dept is informed & beleives the sd. William
Parry
< no role > will be an Shoar soon enough for this Dept to Subpena him
before the next Sessions
