It is Ordered by this Court that the
within Named James Delfors< no role > have Notice of
this Petition and Complaint of Mr. Thomas Bampton< no role >

concerned) Do attend this Court on Thursday
next being the fourthday of this Instant July
at tenof the Clock in the forenoon then & there
to hear & Abide the Judgment and Determination
of this Court touching the matters contained in the
