At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of Middlesex
at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the County aforesaid
On Monday the Third Day of July in the Twenty Third
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second
King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in this County have
Notice of this Petition and Appeal, And That They and all other Parties
concerned do Attend this Court on Wednesdaynext atNineten of the
Clock in the Forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination
of this Court touching the said Appeale.
