Maynard Guerin of the parish of Saint Margaret Westminster
in the County Middlesex Esquire and prosecutor on the several
Indictments following maketh Oath and Saith That he this Depont
did Yesterday cause to be preferred and found at the Session of the
Peace held at Hickshall for the County of Middlesex four several
Bill of Indictment against the above Defendt. Shree of which [..]
Indictments are for Capital Offences in feloniously Uttering & Publishing [..]
Bills of Exchange for large Sums of Money drawn by One
Leinetenant William Arnot< no role > on Maynard Guerin< no role > Esquire this
Deponts. late Father deceased and the fourth Indictment against
the said Defendt. is for a Misdemenor in unlawfully Obtaining into his hands and
Possession under false Colours & pretences another large Sum of
Money of ye. said Mr. Guerins and this Dept. further Saith that the said William Arnot< no role >
is a Material Witness on behalf of the Prosecution against the said
Defendt. upon the Tryal of the said Indictments and that he this De [..]
cannot as he is advised & verily believes safely proceed to the Tryall
