In the Parish of Isleworth
this day Febry 4th 1748/9
I was this day called upon to Attend the Coroner
& His Jury
And to been the Bodey of A Woman, which I did before them
I perceived A Wound Not-Healed, upon the Upper Paris of
The Hip bone on the lest side, and Putting a Probe into [..]
found [..] went obliquely Inwards & down wards to the
Joint where the Head of the [..] high Bone is Arhantated
[..] the Great Bone of the Hip, fell-the Bones Rough,
Carious & Rotten, upon [..] laking the wound, found
The Head of the Glugh
Bone Broke of, And the Arhanla [..]
quite Loose and Seperated, The [..] usseels & Membranes
Black, Said, & Mortifyed, and A La [..] Cavety
full of Black felid, Stinking Matter
The Length of the Cavety was about Seven or eight Inches
And the Putrefyed Master not haveing a free discharge
from the Wound which was above, Such down
between the Musseles & Membranes and tanted
Them about Hay Way down the Thigh
I am fulley Convinced this Wound was the Occasion
of the Womans death, and also belive could
never have been Cured Even if all Proper
Methods had been Used
I found No Bullet The Dantsall Round the Wound
King so Carrapted, Judged At not only Unnecessary
but even dangerous, to Examine any further
