this Informant attended Deced in her illness
sayd that Mr. Perkins ordered this Informt.
to premit deced [..] in the midst of her Illness
to drink a Quart of Wine a Day if she
liked it & to have what drams the pleased
which Informant Complyed with Says that Mr. Perkins never asked this Informt
to provide a Nurse, if he had, this Informant
wod. have got one, on the Contrary the sd.
Perkins said to this Informt. it was better not to
have any but to keep it as private amongst
themselves as possible-says that abt. four
days before deced dyed, that Perkins Thos< no role > .
never touch herfor thatbecause he had not
done her Justice-Says th [..] Perkins
always attended at the Time he appointed
Saith that Mr perkins declared to this Informt.
after the death of the deced that she did
not dye of the wound
