such their intention to prosecute the said appeal unto the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. Mary
White Chapel or one of them, And in case the said Appellants
do not appear on that day to prosecute the said appeal Then the
said Order of removal is to stand confirmed.

the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the parish of allow
in the County of Hants Do Intead to prosecute their appeal in the sd.
Order mentioned on Wednesday the Eleventh Day of January
next being the Second Day of the next General Quarter Session of
the peace to be holden by adjornment at Hicks hall in St. John Street
in & for the County of Middx at Ten of the Clock in the forenoon
of the Same Day Dated this 16 Day of Decr. 1748
