Peace for the County of Middx Assembled in
their Generall Quarter Sessions

The Humble Petition & Appelae of Thomas
Fielder

Sheweth


That Yor Petr. was on the 19th. day of Octor.
last Convicted upon the Information of Thos.
Grant
< no role > Gent Exhibited the Sixteenth day of
Septemr. then last past before John Poulson< no role > and
Philip Dyot< no role > Esqrs . two of His Maties Justices of
the peace for the said County for having within
three Months then last Past made use of one
Coach not being a Stage Coach without giving
at the next Excise Office such Notice in Writing
of the said coach so used & paying such rate
for Duty for the same as by the Statute in such
Case made he ought to have given and Paid
and adjudged to Pay the Sum of Twenty Pounds
for the said Offence

Yor. Petr. thinks himself Aggrieved wth.
the said Conviction and Judgment
Appeals to this Court agt. the same &
humbly prays such relief herein as
upon bearing the Matter you shall
think reasonable to give

And Yor. Petr. shall ever pray Etc
