This Deponent Robert Grubb< no role > of Calliat in the
Parish of Allingham In the County of Hertford
Yeoman Voluntarily maketh Oath that On or
about the Twenty fourth Day yr January last
He this Deponent was present when an Agreement
was Trade at the Ram Inn in Westsmithfield
London Between the abovementioned parties
and the Sume of Twelve Shillings and Six
Peace was paid by the Said Partridge to
the Said Smith In ful for Sattisfaction
and all Demands from the said Smith
to the Said Partridge and a Receipt was
given for the Same thereupon and that this
Deponent was attituess thereto which Said
Receipt this Deponent is Since Informed
is Either Lost or Mislaid
