James Warriner< no role > of the Parish of St. Sepulchre in the City of
London Gent maketh Oath that he this Deponent did Yesterday
Morning Personally serve Sr. Clifford William Phillipps< no role > Knt .
the Prosecutor in this Cause with a true Copy of the Notice
hereunto Annexed, and this Deponent further saith that as the
time of his delivering the said Notice as above the said Sr. Clifford
William Phillipps Kt . declared to this Depont. that as ye Boys
had Submitted Etc made Satisfaction he should not Appear to give
Evidence against them and freely consented that they might be.
Discharged of the above Indictment
