For Respondts.

The said Alice Cropp< no role > was by an Order of two Justices dated
the 3d. Septr. last removed from St. Luke to St. Gabriel as the
Place of her last legall Settlement Acquired there by living
as a hired Yearly Servt. with one Mr. Hagen a Merchant in the
Parish for the space of two Years & upwards.

In last Octr. Sessns. the Appellts. lodged their Appeal and
obtained the Annex'd Order to save the benefit thereof &
Adjourn the same to this present Sessns. when, We hear, they
will not Appear nor prosecute their Appeal

Therefore please to Moor to Confirm the
Order of removal for St. Luke's wttd. Costs.
