To the Worshipful this Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St. George Hanover Square in the said County.

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands
and Seals of Henry Trent< no role > and John Ludbey< no role > Esqrs. Two of This Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westmr. in the said County (one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 18th day of December 1747
Anne Bornier< no role > ; single woman , was removed from the Parish of St. James
within the Liberty of Westmr. in the County aforesaid to the said Parish of
St. George Hanover Square as the Place of her last legal Settlement
Whereby your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved and appeal
to this Court against the same.

Therefore Humbly Pray your Worships will
Please to appoint a time for hearing and
determining the said Appeale and that all
Persons Concerned may then award

And Your Petitioners shall ever Pray, Etc.
