To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the Peace by
adjournment Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Mary Le Bone in the County aforesaid.

Sheweth


That by Virtue of Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands
and Seals of Francis Burton< no role > and Thomas Rea< no role > Esqrs. Two of His
Majesty's Justices of the peace for the said County (one whereof being of
the Quorum) bearing date the 5th. day of January 1714 John Ogden< no role >
was removed from the Parish of St. George Hanovers Square in the said
County to the said Parish of St Maty Le Bone as the place of his
last legal Settlement Whereby your Petitioners think themselves
aggrieved and appeal to this Court against the Same

Therefore Humbly Pray this Court that the
benefit of the said Appeal may be saved unto your
Petitioners and that the hearing and Determining thereof
may be adjourned until the next General Quarter
Session of the Peace to be holder for this Country.

And your Petitioners Shall ever Pray Etc.
