Take notice that the Court of General Quarter Session
of the peace holden by Adjournment at Hicks hall in Saint John
street in and for the said County of Middlesex will be moved to
morrow at ten of the Clock in the forenoon or assoon after as
Councel can be heard for your to shew Cause why the Tryal
of this Cause should not be put off till next Session dated this
16th. day of October 1747
