and this Deponent further saith that he made Diligent inquiry
after the Prosecutrix in this Cause & Could not get any intelligence
where she lived in order to serve her with the Notice of Tryal but
was obliged to serve Mr Thomson the Soliciter for the Prosecutrix
who at the same time informed this Deponent that the Prosecutrix
would not appear agt the Dept.
