The Informacon of Alexander Chatto< no role > of the
Hamblett of Ratcliff in the Parish of Stepney
in the County of Middx Glovers taken before me
Samll Matcher< no role > Esqr one of his Maties Justices
of the Peace for the said County this 9th Day of
July 1746

This Informt Saith upon his Oath That John
Wickham
< no role > lately this Informants Journyman
in the Night time (vizt)about two of the Clock on
Sonday Morning last being the 6th Day of this Inst
July came to this Informants House and broke
open his Shop. by cutting the Window Shutter [..]
and getting in at the Sash Window and then Stole
out of the said Shop and carryed away a parcell of
Buck and (Doe Skinns and Some Wash Leather
Value 5 or £6 [..] pounds or upwards which the
Said John Wickham< no role > consessed, and said he had ledged
them at his own Dwelling in Dartford in the County
of Kent and after he was taken in Custody he
Sent a Letter and Messenger for the said Goods and
they are now in this Informts Custody, and are the
Same Goods stoln from this Informt as aforesaid
