The Examination of John Wickham< no role > late of the
Parish of Dertford in the County of Kent Glover
taken before me Saml Malcher< no role > Esqr one of his
Maties Justices of the Peace for the Said County
this 9th Day of July 1746

This Examint Saith That he is about Two and Twen [..]
Years of Age That he has a Wife and One Child in [..]
the Parish of Dartford aforesd. and she is now Big [..]
with another, that he learnt his Trade of his Father
but never served any Apprentiship confesses than
he lived as a Journyman for One Fortnight only
with Alexander Chatto< no role > , of Ratcliff in the Parish of [..]
Stepney in the County of Middx Glaver and loss
consess that he broke open his said Masters shop
upon Sonday last and Stole and carryed away
Several Buck and Doe Skins and Wash Leather
all which he caused to be deliverd again to his said
Master except one Wash Leather Skins
