Nick name of Rusty Dick (meaning thereby the above named William Frankland< no role > )
(wch. sd. Wm. Frankland on ye sd. [..] Day of Nov: in ye. [..] aforesd. & long before & afterwd
was a prisonr in Custody in by sd. [..] Goal of Newgate in the sd County of Middx)
Did on or abt. the 20th day of Octr. which was in the Year of our Lord 1736. Attack

Andtheirthat the sd Robbery was committed in the day time between the hours of 4 & 5 of the
Clock in the Afternoon on or about the sd: 26th: day of Octr: in the year 1736
