The Worshipfull the Chairman and other his
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middx at their General Quarter Sessions
assembled

The Humble Petition of John Miller< no role > a Prisoner
in Clerkenwell Bridewell

Sheweth


That your Petioner did humbly apply to this Honourable
Court at the [..] last General Sessions by Petition therein setting forth
and Praying that as his time of Confinement was then almost
Expired he might be referred to any one or more of his Majesties
Justices of the peace for the said County to be Baild and
Accordingly provided Bail ready for that purpose

That the Court being so much otherwise taken up
and Engaged and Your Petitioner haveing no Friends to
Forward his Said Petition he was not Examined thereon

Your Petitioner therefore most humbly
prays that as the time of his Confinement
according to his Sentence has been Expired
for some Considerable time past And that
as he is in a very Poor and Miserable
Condition thro so long a Confinement
your Worships will please to permit his
to be bail'd in Court to Marrow Morning
or give him such other Releif in the
premises as to your Worships shall seem
meet

And he will Ever pray Etc
