& saith that he this Depont. did a Saturday last. Serve Mary Smith< no role > , whose Name
is Indorst on the Indictmt. in this Cause & is one of the P Bentors therein with
the Notice hereunto annext by Leaving [..] a true Copy thereof with a Person
at House where the said Mary Smith< no role > lived who own'd herself to be a Servant there &
said She wod: Deliver ye said Notice to her as soon as She Came home, well wod. be
(as she told this Depont. in abt. half an. hour) And this Depont. further saith
that or the twentyeth day of May last he did Go to the House where
Francis Philips< no role > & Sarah Smith< no role > whose Names are also Indorst on ye. sd. Indictmt.
& [..] were the two other Prosutoers therein in order to Serve them then
with notice of Tryall in the above Cause, [..] Bat this Depont. was inform'd
by the said Mary Smith< no role > , who [..] Acknowledg'd herself to be the Daughter
of the Sarah Smith< no role > & Grand Daughter of ye Said Frances Philips< no role > that they
were both dead & Buryed about the time & in the Parish in the Certificate
hereunto annexed mentioned & that he this Depont. when he obtained yt same
Soe Samuel Bright< no role > the Parish Clerk of the said Parish Subscribe his
Hand to the said Certificate wch he took from out of one of the Parish
Books belonging to yt. same in this Deponts. prsence
