At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Sovereign
Lord the King Holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in
St. John Street in the County aforesaid by adjornment on
Tuesday the twenty fourth day of May in the tenth Year of
the reign of our sovereign Lord George the Second King of
Great Britain Etc

Whereas John Collier< no role > , John Chitham< no role > & Ann< no role > his Wife
Joseph Rollo< no role > , Susannah Harris< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. , Mary Rollo< no role > & Ann Cushee< no role >
Were prevented from trying their traverse at the General
Quarter Session of the peace holden for this County in the
Week next after the close of Easter last upon an Indictmt.
Against them for Unlawfully entring the Dwelling house of
Simon Eliot< no role > and Making an assault upon him, Pursuant
to a notice of trial in that behalf given, by means of a
writt of Cerciorari obtained, at the instance of the prosecutor,
and left in Court at the same Session for removeing the
Said Indictment into the Court of King's Bench , And
a Writt, of Procedence being granted by the Said Court
of King's Bench on the last day of Easter Term now
lastforwhereby the Court of Session of the peace for
this County [..] is empowered to proceed to the final
determination of the Said Indictment, It is Ordered
by this Court that theSaid Defttraverses of the said
Defdts: Upon the said Indictment be tryed at the
General Session of the Peace to be holden for this
County by adjornment on Friday the Twenty Seventh
day of May instant at nine of the Clock in the Forenoon
And that notice of the said trial be given to the said
Simon Eliot the prosecutor if he can be found upon
endeavour [..] made to find him or otherwise to be
Left for him at the last place of his aboad
