Take notice that I intend to appear (being now a
Prisoner in New prison ) as this present General Session
of the peace holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall
in St: John's Street in the County aforesaid (by adjornment
to morrow being the 28 instant as eight of the Clock in
the forenoon and then and there plead guilty to an Indictment
which you have preferred against me for an Assault
